Haul | Daiso Beauty

Hi everyone, how is it going?

I wanted to show with you all some goodies I picked up from Daiso. If you're not familiar with Daiso, it is a Japanese store that sells all the things you could ever think of! Just like Dollar Store in the US, I guess? Here in my country, almost all of the products in Daiso are RM5 unless otherwise marked - so cheap and affordable there is no way one could refuse to buy something from there.

Although I'm a beauty enthusiasm (self-proclaimed, lol), I hardly buy anything or browse around the cosmetic and beauty-related aisles of Daiso. Stationary and baking areas interest me more and also, I always have a doubt whether their cosmetic products are going to suit my skin or irritate it. Soon after I watched Shu An's video of Daiso Tried and Tested, I had this urge into trying out some of their products by myself. I'm still not confident enough to try their cream and liquid based makeup products like foundation, sun block, bb cream and concealer because my skin is very sensitive. Salah guna product, then boom! terus jerawat naik!

So, I thought I would stick to eye makeups.

1) High Curling Mascara
This is almost similar to what Shu An's been reviewing. There are many selections of mascara in Daiso with different types and purposes. I ended up getting the long and curl because I wanted those two effects on my eyelashes. To be honest, I haven't noticed much of a different putting this all over my eyeliner, although to be fair, I have only tried it once. This product doesn't have a pleasant smell, it gives me headache.

2) Effelar Velvet Eyeliner (Very Black)
One of the disadvantages of shopping makeup in Daiso is the store does not provide us sample to test it out. I decided to purchase this because of positive reviews I've read online on Effelar cosmetic line. Honestly, it does give a bit of disappointment when I discover it's a glittery eyeliner but other than that, I like it! Full review will be posted soon.

3) Daiso Eye Brow Pencil (Dark Brown)
Just picked up this product because I'm running out of my Rimmel's Dark Brown eyebrow pencil and I thought I would give this a go. I am told this shade is so popular that it often sells out.

4) Nail Chip Regular Type
Fun fact - I really like nail polishes! If you have been following my blog since 2012, you'd know that I used to like nail arts more than makeup. Haha. It's been a while since the last time I uploaded a tutorial so I thought this product could help!

5) Crobi Stainless Mini Tweezer
Got to love how small is this. It does help me a lot in depotting single eyeshadows to Z Palette.

6) Detergent for Puff and Sponge
This is completely and utterly my favourite purchase from this entire small haul! Dare I say - it works and really does deserve the hype that it gets! I will be reviewing this item separately!

I hope you guys enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed shopping for it! Personally, I really like going to Daiso and get very excited each time. I could just stay in the store for hours!

Do you have Daiso Japan in your country? If so, what are your favourite products? I would love to hear others' opinions so I get an idea for what to buy next time I'm hauling in Daiso! :D
