It's been a really long time since I write anything related to beauty hauls because of these days, I prefer to share and upload them on Instagram and keeping my blog as "review" only. I've always been fond of shopping my K-Beauty stuffs from Althea.kr. I reckon part of it is down to their wide selections of beauty brands and I really do think they hit the nail on the head when it comes to affordable pricing. One thing I should thank Althea is that, I've definitely found a few gems from the K-Beauty world since they have been constantly updating their "trendy items" and every once in awhile, I always check out their website to have a little nosey as to what's new.

Having to scroll through the archives of my blog, I just realised that it had been almost 7 months since the last time I noted down my thoughts on a drugstore foundation. I haven't been really buying any base makeup ever since I got this from Watsons because of these days, I try my best to do the "pan that palette" and also "1 empty, 1 newbie" project. Hello! I'm sorry for the long posting break! and can I just say that I haven't been reading other blogs too recently mainly because of how blogger changed its home interface? :( It's been a while since I talk to you guys here and thank you so much to those who's still reading my blog even though I haven't been posting a new content. So, how's May? Mine has been busy and this month is also my birthday month where I got to celebrate with family and close friends on the first day of May.
Today, I'm giving my skincare posting a rest and while that, let me share some thoughts on the Bourjois Radiant Concealer. My trusty Maybelline Mineral Concealer (that I swear by for concealing dark circles) ran out some time ago and instead of playing it safe by replacing the same thing, I decided to try out the concealer from Bourjois. I was not being fussy at picking it up though, mainly because I have already use a lot of Bourjois products before and they generally leave me with good impressions. So, it goes without saying, I was intrigued.... (also by Zoella since she talked about it in one of her youtube videos).
A lot of people do not know that I like face painting and special effect makeups, in fact, the very first Youtube video that brought me into liking makeup was a SFX tutorial. If you have been following me since the very beginning when I started this Instagram account, you would notice that I have uploaded few of my face painting/sfx makeup looks that I eventually took them down when my followers started to increase (well, talk about self-confidence).
Buying sfx makeup kits can be hard sometimes especially when you're living in Malaysia and I believe one of the reasons contributing to it is that we don't celebrate Halloween vastly like the Western countries. I feel like it was only until last year I started seeing face paints, fake blood, etc (basically Halloween related stuffs) in shops like Daiso and MR DIY. Sebelum ni mana ada doh? So, right now, although I'm still a beginner and not too experienced to discuss this, I'd like to share with you guys a post about this art supply store that I've always visit whenever I pass by Damansara.
