cheese cake pertama saya ;w; crust
-Oreo / digestive biscuits [1 packet is enough] -1/2 cup of Butter [unsalted lagi better]
filling
-3 biji telur
-400gm cream cheese
-200gm sour cream
-1/2 cawan gula halus
-2 sudu besar of tepung jagung
-30gm of butter
-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
topping
-any kind of jem!
for the crust,
1) you remove the cream out from the oreo, lepas tu blend kan sampai hancur \o/
2) in a sauce pan, low heat, combine the oreo & butter, mixed well sampai nampak padat. i don't think 1 packet of oreo is enough haha. aku pakai hampir 2 packets.
3) after that, kt loyang, bekas @ springform sapu kan sikit w/ butter, nanti senang, tak melekat.
4) press the oreo crumbs mixture into bottom and site then masukkan kt dalam peti sejuk for few minutes so the base jadi keraslah.
////tp aku buat still hancur OTL
filling;
1) Beat 400g of cream cheese using electric mixture until it becomes fluffy
2) gradually add in sugar and butter, then mix,
3) add in vanilla essence, sour cream, beating until fluffy
4) beat in egg, ONE AT A TIME. tunggu sampai sebati dulu baru you can add in. Then mix lah eh sampai creamy.
5) Optional: boleh letak perahan lemon or lime, but I think if sour cream tu dah cukup masam okay kot, so nonit. hehe
6) masukkan dalam loyang tadi, and do water bath for baking,
ni;;
7) put it in the over for 40-45 minutes, 170-180degree celcius.
8) sejukkan dulu in room temperature lepas tu baru masuk dalam fridge okay?
Senang je buat ni. :) Ingredients: - 1 packet of macaroni - 2 cups of cheddar cheese (but I use only 5 slides, shredded) - 2 cups of fresh milk - 4 spoons of butter or margarine - 2 spoons of all-purpose flour - Black pepper & salt - cook macaroni according to direction then drain them. - pastu kat dalam saucepan, melt butter or margarine and add the flour. Stir over medium heat until they become yellowish, agak2 masak lah. - slowly add milk into the mixture while stirring them constantly until smooth. - stir in cheese and cook over low heat, until the cheese completely melt. Bila dah masak, the sauce tu akan a bit thick. - black pepper & salt for seasoning, secukup rasa! pandai2 agak lah ye :D - lastly, serve this white cheese sauce together with macaroni. senang kan? >O<
