woohoo, second packaged arrived,

Also, I bought these from Watson, seems like they have a new brand range? Elite.

I spent quite a huge amount of money on cosmetics lately, lol. this is the new way on how i treat myself, i guess.

Wet n Wild, Eye.Lip.Face (ELF) and NYX.
I always wanted to buy their products, but they are extremely hard to get them in Malaysia. (Update : Sephora now is carrying NYX brand at their retail stores). So anyway, I bought them online, and they are a lot cheaper than other drug store cosmetic brands available in Malaysia. Overall, I'm satisfied buying from Sharon. Affordable prices, fast shipping, and I searched for few online cosmetics store, and her NYX jumbo eye pencil's price is the best (RM14.50) while others sell it for like... RM17.  After seeing all the great reviews on jumbo eye pencil, I knew I needed to try on this, so I bought JEP604 - Milk and JEP602 - Dark Brown. Here are the swatches,

amazingly creamy, easily to glide on and pigmented.

use them as base before applying eye shadows and can also be use as highlighter.

Secondly, the eye.lip.face's mineral (ELF) eyeshadow primer in sheer, bought it since eye primer is HARDLY found in this country.

I remember the day when I bought Divergent, just finished reading on Trylle Trilogy and was toooo free to do anything. I browsed some book reviews and came across Divergent. I wonder why everyone rated this book 4 to 5 stars, most of them w/ 5. So I was thinking why not giving it a try. I did. I bought it. Then, BAMMM. Started read it for few pages and went on until few chapters. It was such a great book, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I was hooked from the first page. Did I mention you that it only took me less than 2 days to finish on Divergent? YEP.  Mind blowing roller coaster plots.

And Insurgent picks up after Divergent. Freaking over 500 pages. Mind blowing roller coaster plots too. Go to any book review blog, website or YA/dystopian community, Insurgent is one of the most highly anticipated book of this year.

So when I discovered the second book only will be released on May 1st, I got so hyped! \o/ Nearly soon, and the publisher choose to officially releases it on my birthday date! lol. At first I wanted to buy this book by hand but I was thinking most probably the book gonna hits the store a month after, which is on June. So I decided to preorder. Almost shocked when  I received a copy of it on last Thursday. No way, early much! First May hasn't arrived! asdfghjsdfghjdfghjkdfghjklhappy. I paid extra for the US cover tho I have my Divergent w/ UK cover. 50 bucks melayang.

I read it like a boss. That exclusive feeling you have as an early bird...lulz. Tweeting few spoilers of Insurgent that my tlist wouldn't curr but fans of Divergent might, because I am mean like that. I told the world who exactly is Uriah. (because I have a thing for him instead of the main male character). Heh..

You know when you attempt to read a sequel to a book that you love, you've always put an expectation. Usually you will go all hype & expect the second book will be as good as the first, and not an awkward sophomore slump. Gladly I can guarantee you, this book is much more better than the Hunger Games trilogy. Insurgent doesn't fall in the latter group, you know.

For the first book you get to know deep about Dauntless, Abnegation faction, initiate training, fear landscapes (always my fav part) and how the first stimulation attack take place. Also, how Tris lost people that she care, her relationship with Tobias, or as I prefer to call him, Four (Tobias is just the ugliest name ever of a male character of a book lmao), all le never guessing twist, which everything were just worth to read. Towards the end, Tris, Four, etc settled down in Amity compound.

Apparently, Amity's logo is used for  on the cover page of Insurgent. A connection, I can see. :) Both of the main characters travel a lot in this book, Amity, Candor, Erudite, and even to Factionless. Also, you will go deeper learning about the divergent people, on what they can do, their abilities. A ton of action with more political story line.

Uriah. I'm glad Veronica puts him back on scene. It wasn't my expectation tho, so I'd surprised, screamed a little. I like Uriah, for a moment when I was reading Divergent, I thought Uriah and Tris could possibly ended up liking each other. According to Veronica, Uriah is handsome sdfghjksdfghjk so I'm looking forward to see whos gonna take up his role when Divergent makes into a movie (sure thing).

I don't know if I could guess this, but Uriah probably plays an important role for the third book! Sobs. Maybe. Veronica seems to like twists.
and,...there are few part of this book which kinda confusing, so you might need to flip back few pages before to understand the situation, or rereading on the first book would be much better. Actions, secrets, betrayals, lies, and more factions. A very busy book, indeed.

I still will give Insurgent 5 stars or 4.8 if I could, lol. 4 is just to low for this book. Well, it wasn't really3 a mind-fucked book compares to Divergent but I'm still in awe. I love Veronica style of writing. Simple & direct, yet able to convey Tris's emotion very well. I feel her. I did cry while reading Insurgent.
Hands down, Veronica Roth, you are my favourite. :)

Just let me say this, if you think you know what's going to happen in Insurgent, stop guessing because you will be wrong.

and guess what, the book ends on a cliff hanger.

“A couple of things made that day stand out more than any other: it was my birthday, and my mother was wielding a knife.”...

I always have been in love reading paranormal romance genre, supernatural, fantasy, apocalyptic, alternate universe, or whatever you called it. People says vampires are lame, but I enjoy reading them.

So, I spent my last RM50 book voucher on novels. I told myself I shouldn't buy any since there are still a bunch of books that I bought during bigbadwolf sale which I haven't read, or I could at least buy Catching Fire since I am still on hype after watching The Hunger Games OTL, but I didn't.

I bought The Hungry Games book but since the next 2 books in the series already sold out I decided to take Switched by Amanda Hocking with me. I flipped the first page of it and was written there first published 2012. The book was a brand new publishing, so why not? Switched isn't new tho, sebab Amanda ada buat self published. So yeah, it was Monday, and I was going back to Shah Alam on the next day. I started reading Switched at 3.00 am and.....damn! Until 8.00 am before I forced myself to sleep. I finished the first book inside komuter, and read the second book, Torn, at night. Ebook to be exact. Malaysia tak release lagi Torn. Self publishing ada, but the good thing of the book under a company publishing, you'll be having extra chapters..so a yay? and I finished up the third book of the series just now - Ascend.

If you are a fan of paranormal / alternate universe books like me, I would suggested Tryle Trilogy. When I thought this book is going to end up like my other 3456789 books that I haven't read, I was wrong. Dayyum, once I picked it up and started reading, I couldn't put it down.

Well, at least, Tryle Trilogy is finally something else other than vampires? Who would thought of trolls to be featured in a book series, like yeah, T R O L L S.  or Trylle, as they preferred to be called with. Amanda did and I applause her for that.

Honestly, it wasn't that interesting, ooh wait, no,  it was interesting, how should I say this, unputdownable? It is a book that will keep you going. You wouldn't be bored, tho. A book that you can finish in less than 24 hours. :D

I'd personally prefer Lilly's (my favourite fic author) style of writing for her Infinite fanfic if it to compares with Switched. The way Lilly wrote hers really touched my heart asdfghjkjhgfds am i watching a film or what & every chapters full of cliffhangers. And for Switched... & the rest of the books in Tryle Trilogy I would say that there are a lot of '!'. idk but unnecessary ! pretty much are spoiling my mood while reading. I'm a bit disliking the way Amanda phased the conversations of the novel. Other that that, it was interesting. Twists everywhere are of course. Baru la tak blunt. I do like a book which my guessing are mostly wrong, or I couldn't even prodict the ending, etc.

I love Finn. I like Tove. I dislike Loki but he is just so sweet that I couldn't hate him. And he has this Woohyun's characters......ahahahahasdfghjksspoilerno2. Finn's story is slightly similar to Myungsoo in Touch - Pikagyu, so I wonder if she'd read Amanda Howking's novels before and get the inspirations from them. Similar story, but completely different.  And yes, the heroin for this Tryle Trilogy is Wendy. Wendy Everly. What a name for a character of a novel isn't? I would say my fav character is Finn tho he's pabooo. OTL

Amanda did a book trailer for this series, check it out,

I'm glad that I read Switched before seeing this trailer because Finn is awful.

BUT LOOK AT TOVE ASDFGHJDFGGHJKL
